Remembering A Diva

I could not let this day pass without sending my heartfelt condolences to the family of Whitney Houston. My heart is heavy and I am at a loss for words on many levels as it relates to this death.  Its no secret that Whitney dealt with addiction and was very open with her struggles.  Its my hope that this is an eye opener for everyone to not take your life for granted.

I've been a fan since the early years in her career, her first album was the first record/cassette that I purchased with my own allowance money.  I sang The Greatest Love of All in the 5th grade talent show (don't ask for details).....I am a true fan of Whitney Houston.  It's been painful to see all of the media stories of her life over the last week the good, the bad & there's been alot of ugly.  Today I am prayerful for her mother Cissy, her daughter Bobbi Kristina and the entire family for strength as they celebrate her life & legacy.

Rest in Peace Whitney Elizabeth Houston, Jesus really does Love You....
